The Goodwood Festival of Speed isn’t just a motorsport event.
It’s one of the most important automotive showcases in the world.
Every year, global manufacturers, luxury brands, media teams and enthusiasts descend on Goodwood to celebrate performance, heritage and the future of automotive design. Being trusted to create content in that environment is a privilege, and a responsibility.
This year, I was lucky enough to attend Goodwood Festival of Speed creating content for Lamborghini and Bentley, capturing everything from hospitality experiences to new vehicle showcases.
The brief was simple but demanding:
capture everything.
Across Thursday to Sunday, I was booked to create:
Instagram Reels optimised for performance
High-end automotive photography
Content for new vehicle launches
Lifestyle and hospitality content
Event atmosphere and crowd engagement
This allowed the client to maintain a strong, consistent content stream throughout the entire Goodwood Festival of Speed weekend.
For major automotive events like this, consistency is everything.
Through one of my network clients, I was invited along with full Lamborghini hospitality, working directly to create content for Lamborghini Leicester.
I attended across multiple days, giving the brand a consistent flow of high-quality content throughout the event.
This included:
Lamborghini hospitality suite coverage
Guest experience and atmosphere
Behind-the-scenes moments
Lifestyle-led content around the brand presence
Check out the video below to get a real feel for the Lamborghini hospitality experience and the level of access provided during Goodwood Festival of Speed.
This kind of access allows content to feel authentic, premium, and immersive rather than staged.
Goodwood Festival of Speed is one of the best environments in the world for showcasing new cars. The setting, the light, the crowd, the scale. It all adds weight to the imagery.
I created clean, detailed photography of:
New Lamborghini vehicles on display
Bentley models showcased around the event
Detail shots, interiors and design elements
Natural crowd interaction with the cars
These images are perfect for:
Instagram grids
Event recap posts
Ongoing dealership content
Press and website use
This gives dealerships and brands a bank of content they can continue to use long after the event ends.
Short-form video is where automotive brands win attention now.
The Reels created during Goodwood were focused on:
Immediate visual impact
Crowd energy and reactions
Brand storytelling
Making viewers feel like they were there
For brands like Lamborghini and Bentley, this style of content reinforces:
Brand prestige
Event presence
Lifestyle appeal
It’s not just about the cars. It’s about the experience around them.

Goodwood is more than a weekend event. It’s a content goldmine.
For automotive brands, dealerships and partners, strong Goodwood content:
Builds brand authority
Shows involvement at world-class events
Provides weeks or months of usable content
Strengthens social media presence
Covering an event properly means planning ahead, shooting with purpose, and understanding how content will be used after the event.
That’s where working with an automotive content specialist makes the difference.

If you’re a:
